27/08/2026The City Council of Finestrat continues to strengthen its commitment to employment, talent and training of its neighbors with the organization of three free days that will be held during the month of September.
Two of these sessions will focus on career guidance and a third will be aimed at businessmen and women interested in improving the presence of their businesses on the internet and social networks.
The mayor of Finestrat and head of the Employment area, Nati Algado, stated that “from the City Council we continue to work to offer our neighbors useful tools that help them improve their job and professional opportunities. Training is a key element in promoting local talent and promoting access to employment”.
Career
Orientation DayThe two days of career guidance will allow participants to acquire practical knowledge to improve and personalize their CV, prepare for job interviews and learn about key tools and strategies to face a selection process more safely.
To facilitate the participation of neighbors, the same day will be held in the Cala and in the historic center:
• On September 8 it will be in the Administrative Extension of the Cala de Finestrat. Hours: from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• And on September 10 it will be at the Finestrat Youth Center (carrer Fonteta, 36). Hours: from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Those interested can now formalize their registration.
Online positioning workshop. Business Incubator
On the other hand, on Tuesday, September 15 from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the Business Incubator (Av. Federico García Lorca, 6) there will be a conference aimed especially at businessmen and entrepreneurs, focused on how to improve the positioning of their businesses on the Internet and social networks. Practical training to learn how to better use these tools and get the most out of them as promotion and communication channels.
“Nowadays it is not enough to be present on the Internet. It is important to know how to use digital tools correctly to achieve greater visibility. With this day we want to help our businessmen and women to improve their online presence and to take advantage of all the possibilities offered by social networks”.
“There are three free days and open to those who want to improve their skills, strengthen their professional profile or boost their business,” added the Mayor, who has encouraged citizens to participate and take advantage of these initiatives promoted by the City Council.
With this programming, the City Council of Finestrat continues to promote training as a way to improve employability, promote entrepreneurship and generate and consolidate talent in the municipality.
