Desde la Concejalía de Empleo llevamos a cabo una serie de actuaciones destinadas a dinamizar la actividad económica en el municipio y, con todo ello, mejorar la calidad de vida de nuestros vecinos. Para lograr estos objetivos es fundamental la función de nuestra Agencia de Empleo y Desarrollo Local (AEDL), desde donde:

- Se organizan jornadas de formación destinadas a incrementar la empleabilidad y mejorar la competitividad de los desemplead@s, empresari@s y emprendedores locales.
- Se asesora a los emprendedores, de manera personalizada, sobre el proceso de creación de empresas y las subvenciones disponibles.
- Se gestionan directamente las ofertas de empleo de las empresas que tienen la necesidad de cubrir vacantes, llevando a cabo desde este Servicio de Intermediación Laboral una preselección de candidatos en función de los requisitos fijados por la empresa para el puesto ofertado, los cuales se remitirán a la empresa, siendo ésta la que continúe con el proceso de selección.

BUSINESS INCUBATOR

The Finestrat Business Incubator was born with the aim of offering stable support to Entrepreneurs and provides the advice and facilities necessary to start or consolidate a business project with economic advantages, information, positioning, management, resources, coexistence and image. Its start-up in 2009 was possible thanks to the agreement signed between the City Council of Finestrat and the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Alicante.
The Business Incubator is located in the heart of the industrial and commercial boulevard of Finestrat (Avenida Federico García Lorca, 6). It has 15 equipped offices, furnished, with the option of Internet connection, direct telephone and individual air conditioning; a computer room for 20 people and an assembly hall with capacity for 50 people, in which numerous training actions have already been developed.
The Finestrat Nursery represents a fundamental infrastructure for the growth of the business fabric of the province, for the generation of new jobs and for the consolidation of the Industrial and Commercial Boulevard from the economic point of view and also for research and development.
