
Finestrat prepares to experience the VII Faldes del Puig Campana Night Trail

Following the success of the first edition, the Finestrat Town Council, through its Department of Employment and Training, is launching the second. This event, titled ” Finestrat EMPLOYS and STARTS UP ,” is designed to connect young students, job seekers, and anyone interested in starting their own business with new professional and entrepreneurial development opportunities. It will take place on Friday, October 2nd, at the Finestrat Cultural Center , from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
The mayor of Finestrat, Nati Algado, highlights the importance of creating these kinds of support and guidance spaces, especially for those taking their first steps in the world of work or business. From the City Council, we want to support our young people and all those who have an idea, a project, or who are looking for a job opportunity. We know that starting a professional career or launching a business isn’t always easy. That’s why we want to offer tools, knowledge, and, above all, role models who can help them take that step forward.” points out.
In this regard, the mayor emphasizes that “investing in our young people and entrepreneurs is investing in the future of Finestrat. We want those with talent, initiative, and a strong work ethic to find opportunities in our municipality to develop their projects, grow professionally, and contribute to generating wealth and employment.”
The second edition of “Finestrat EMPLEA y EMPRENDE” presents a more dynamic format and incorporates content related to employability this year.
The first part of the day will be led by Talent Manager and Executive Coach Vigela Lloret , who will introduce the key aspects of the current job market. Following this, she will have a conversation with Isabel Sánchez, Human Resources Manager at Avanza Movilidad Levante, to discuss topics related to recruitment processes, professional skills, and current business demands.
After a short break, the meeting will move on to the section dedicated to entrepreneurship, in which Vigela Lloret will address the challenges of turning an idea into a business project.
A panel discussion with entrepreneurs and professionals will then take place, in which they will share their experiences and lessons learned with the audience:
- Alejandro González, CEO of Grupo Padel Point.
- Marcos Martín, CTO of PideFácil.
With this second edition and with the support of the Alicante Provincial Council, the Finestrat City Council continues to reinforce its commitment to promoting entrepreneurial culture and creating meeting spaces that allow bringing real experiences from the professional and business field closer to the public.
