The Provincial Tourist Board of Alicante has granted the City Council a subsidy of € 2,975 for the acquisition of sustainable tourism promotional material.
The aid is part of the call for “Subsidies to City Councils and Entities of lower territorial scope of the province of Alicante ‘Tourism Promotion of the Costa Blanca’, annuity 2026”, promoted by the Provincial Tourist Board of Alicante.
This subsidy will allow the municipality to continue reinforcing its tourism promotion actions, incorporating sustainable materials that contribute to disseminating the main attractions of Finestrat and, at the same time, move towards a more environmentally friendly promotion model.
The local administration values this collaboration with the Provincial Tourist Board of Alicante very positively, as it is a support to continue giving visibility to the municipality as a quality, sustainable tourist destination committed to the protection of its environment.
The acquisition of this new promotional material will be integrated into the tourist dissemination actions developed by the City Council to publicize the natural, cultural, heritage and tourist resources of Finestrat, contributing to strengthen the image of the municipality within the offer of destinations on the Costa Blanca.
With this action, Finestrat reaffirms its commitment to responsible and sustainable tourism promotion, aligned with the values of protection of the territory and the enhancement of the resources that make the municipality an attractive destination throughout the year. (26.8.2026)
