The Finestrat Youth Centre extends its opening hours and launches a new weekly program to fill the afternoons of local children and youth with activities.
11/09/2026Finestrat is once again hosting the Business Consolidation Program, organized annually by the Alicante Chamber of Commerce. The aim of this training is to provide participants with a Strategic Plan that will enable them to consolidate their company or business.
The training sessions are designed to improve the competitiveness of each company, with practical training and personalized individual consulting, which also introduces The use of Artificial Intelligence in different areas of business management as a key tool in decision-making.
The dates of instruction are from September 28 to November 20 in the Finestrat Business Incubator building, located at Avenida Federico García Lorca, 6 (Commercial Boulevard).
This training and consulting program, which is completely free for participants, aims to be a vehicle to help and boost companies in our province by providing them with knowledge, techniques, and key tools to undertake an improvement process and implement the necessary changes in their business model in order to adapt to new needs.
This edition introduces, as a novel element, the use of Artificial Intelligence applied to different areas of
business management.
The main objectives of this training are:
• Enhance the global vision of business management.
• Improve or, where appropriate, develop the Business Plan.
• Optimize management capacity and profitability.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement
• Use Artificial Intelligence as a tool in management and decision-making
Methodology
This program combines 42 hours of training in joint face-to-face sessions for all participating companies (Mondays and Tuesdays) with 2 sessions of 3 hours for each of the 7 modules, with 10.5 hours of individual online tutoring-consulting for each company (1.5 hours per week), using telematics means such as Zoom or Teams for these sessions.
Who can participate?
Aimed primarily at freelancers, owners, managers, area managers, middle managers and employees of SMEs and micro-enterprises, who wish to improve the profitability of their company or evaluate other expansion alternatives.
Faculty
The teaching staff consists of graduates, experts in management training and with extensive professional experience in the field of business and consulting.
