On Saturday, May 16, we are going to celebrate. And the fact is that the 746th anniversary of the Carta Pobla de Finestrat, which we celebrate today, May 11, deserves it.
From 12:30 p.m. in the Plaça de la Unió Europea we start with the performance of the Muixeranga d’Alacant. A performance where they will be able to test one of the most deeply-rooted traditions in the Valencian Community, where the balance, concentration and sound of the dolçaina and the tabalet will keep the audience on tenterhooks.
As a novelty this year we will be able to taste the good wine and the most elaborate tapas in the Wine Tunnel. White, rosé or red, wines to surprise the best palate.
In addition, the La Xirimbela 2026 Festivities Commission will maintain the popular bar from the beginning of the party until the evening.
The little ones and not so much will be able to enjoy a human table football, inflatables and other popular workshops.
There will be a bandeta, a session of local DJs and after lunch, the Thamilah & Fluxa Band Orchestra
