Finestrat advances in the digitization of documentary collections with the support of the Alicante Provincial Council
15/07/2026Thanks to the public programs of the Generalitat Valenciana through LABORA , the City Council of Finestrat has incorporated two people to reinforce municipal services such as Gardening and Citizen Services. Today they signed their employment contract for the next 10 months. At the time of the signing they were accompanied by the Mayor of Finestrat, Nati Algado and the Councilor for Human Resources, Héctor Baldó.
In the words of the Mayor and head of Employment, Nati Algado , “today is one of those important days because two people join the City Council of Finestrat thanks to two public employment programs of the Generalitat through LABORA such as EMCORP and EMDONA. These subsidies allow us to generate new employment opportunities for young people under 30 years of age (EMCORP) and for women over 45 years of age (EMDONA). Specifically, they will be incorporated into the gardening area, a fundamental department that we want to promote; and to citizen service, a key service in local administration. They are going to be 10-month contracts that allow us to improve municipal services and, at the same time, generate new employment opportunities. We are fully aware that every job we help create is excellent news for Finestrat”.
Employment of women over 45 years of age. EMDONA
The EMDONA subsidy for the hiring of unemployed women over 45 years of age amounts to €23,799.73. It is intended for contracting in the area of citizen service.
Employment under 30 years of age. EMCORP
The LABORA subsidy for the hiring of unemployed people under 30 years of age amounts to €23,725.54 and is intended to employ a young person under 30 years of age as a horticulture and gardening laborer.
