The Finestrat Department of Culture invites the public to enjoy the concert “From Paganini to Chick Corea” this coming Saturday, October 10th. This high-quality musical performance will be presented by the 10 Strings Duo, comprised of violinist Pablo Turlo and guitarist Ausiàs Parejo, two young Valencian musicians with a distinguished national and international career.
The concert will offer a musical journey that spans from the great sonatas and Romanticism to contemporary music, Spanish music, South American influences and jazz, with works and compositions inspired by authors such as Niccolò Paganini, Francisco Tárrega, Astor Piazzolla, Joaquín Rodrigo or Chick Corea, among others.
Since its creation in 2019, 10 Strings Duo has garnered significant recognition in chamber music competitions and has performed on various stages in the Valencian Community and Catalonia, standing out for the combination of virtuosity, interpretive sensitivity and improvisation that characterizes its concerts.
Ausiàs Parejo, for his part, is considered one of the most brilliant and promising guitarists of his generation, with numerous international first prizes and performances in countries such as the United States, Japan, China, and Mexico. Meanwhile, Pablo Turlo has been a finalist on highly popular national television programs such as Spain’s Got Talent and a winner of prestigious violin competitions.
The Department of Culture encourages residents and visitors to attend this concert, which is part of the autumn cultural program and will allow Finestrat to enjoy two young performers with extraordinary artistic potential.
“From Paganini to Chick Corea” promises an evening full of emotion, technique and talent, bringing the public a fresh and versatile musical proposal capable of connecting with lovers of classical and contemporary music alike.
