03/03/2026The mayor, Nati Algado, today welcomed the students who participate in the course “Orientation itinerary for employment”. An action promoted by the regional entity for employment Pacte per l’Ocupació Marina Baixa (POMB) and which takes place in the Business Incubator on February 5 and 6.
“At Finestrat we continue to be committed to supporting people who are looking for employment or improving their jobs. We think of young people who, for the first time, are facing the labour market. We think of those who are unemployed or considering changing jobs. In these days we are going to help them optimize the itinerary to find work to the maximum, taking advantage, above all, of the tools offered by new technologies,” said the Mayor and mayor of Employment and Training, Nati Algado.

Among other contents, they will address the use of the SWOT tool in the job search, a self-assessment system to help identify the Weaknesses, Threats, Strengths and Opportunities of each person; the CAME strategy, complementary to the SWOT analysis and which consists of Correcting, Coping, Maintaining and Exploiting to convert weaknesses and threats into opportunities and strengths, thus creating a concrete plan to improve the professional profile and the optimal job search strategy. They will also work on writing a CV, how to face a job interview or how to take advantage of Artificial Intelligence tools to optimise this itinerary.
This training action is promoted by the Pacte d’Ocupació de la Marina Baixa (POMB), with the collaboration of the City Council of Finestrat and the Generalitat Valenciana through LABORA.
