06/07/2026We are still in the middle of a heat wave. Very high temperatures. Extreme fire risk. 
In view of this situation, the Generalitat Valenciana has activated Pre-emergency level 3 throughout the Valencian Community, in force from Monday, July 6 to Thursday, July 9, 2026, both inclusive.
The Councilor for Security, Beatriz Quintillán reminds us of the measures adopted to prevent fires and the importance of the collaboration of tod@s. For safety and for our natural environment.
Main prohibitions:• Prohibited to travel on trails and cross-country.
• It is forbidden to light any type of fire on forest land and in the forest area of influence (up to 500 m).
• The festive-recreational use of fire has been suspended.
• Suspended works and works on forest land or its surroundings.
• Suspended authorizations for sports circulation on forest land.
• Access and circulation in certain natural parks have been restricted and sports events in forest land have been suspended.
Maximum prudence and citizen collaboration are requested to prevent forest fires.
Validity: from July 6 to 9, 2026, both inclusive.
The consistory calls on citizens to respect these measures and follow the indications of the Local Police and emergency services at all times.
Likewise, the importance of taking extreme precautions and avoiding any activity that may pose a risk to the forest during the validity of the alert is recalled.
